14 Day Money Back Guarantee

All of our hosting accounts include a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service(s) for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus any setup fees, domain name registrations, or registrar transfer fees) if you cancel your account within 14 days from the date your account was activated.

Our money back guarantee does not include any additional add-ons or service(s) that go beyond the hosting plan provided. No refunds are available after the 14-day period. In order to cancel your service(s), you must contact our billing department at billing @ holdfire.net, or by logging into your client control panel and filling out a request to cancel your account (My Hosting Packages > View Details > Request Cancellation).

Accounts that are canceled and/or terminated by Holdfire.net for violations of our AUP, TOS or Privacy Policy do not qualify for the 14-day money back guarantee.

If you paid by postal money order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your refund.
