To better help you get acquainted with your hosting account, we have set up several ways to get you headed in the right direction without having to waste your time. Below are a few different options to getting the help you need.

Knowledgebase

We’ve included a knowledgebase to give you the chance to look up any questions you might have, so that you can get a fast answer, and also have something to refer to in the future. We’ve constantly adding to the knowledgebase so we can ensure you’ve got everything at your fingertips. If there’s a question not in the KB that you would like to see, just let us know!

Server Status

You go to visit your site to update it but you keep getting a “Server Not Found” page. You don’t know if it was just a fluke, or if something is wrong with your account. This is where we come in. We provide you with the ability to check the status of our servers through our Server Status page.

Support Desk

If you can’t fix a problem with your site, or you didn’t find the answer to your question in the knowledgebase then it’s time to contact us for help. Our Support Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We have a Technical, Billing, Management, and Abuse department available to you to help you whenever you need it.
